HISTORY
Bandido
Gimmi Jimmy founded the United Clubs of Austin (UCOA) in the
fall of 2002. Designed after the early AmerIndian "Iroquois
League of Nations", the same model our forefathers used
when they penned the US Constitution, the UCOA is an affiliation
of motorcycle clubs in and around Austin, Texas. Now in it's
fourth year the UCOA serves the Austin Motorcycle Community
on many levels including open communication, health and safety
issues, coordinating the many charity and benefits the motorcycle
clubs host and supporting our men and women in uniform.
A
United Clubs of Waco and a United Clubs of DFW has since formed
and is serving the motorcycle community in those areas. As
other motorcycle communities across Texas are beginning to
organize affiliations a United Clubs of Texas (UCOTexas) was
created as a hub to help share ideas, information, and strengthen
the solidarity between the other United Clubs.
The
United Clubs of Texas is an affiliation of traditional, military,
community service, religious and riding associations and is
dedicated to the motorcycle lifestyle, local communities and
to freedom. The UCOTexas is not an authoritative body by design
or political in nature and deals only with issues on the community
level.
MISSION
STATEMENT
The
mission of the United Clubs of Texas is to promote solidarity,
camaraderie and open communication between affiliated "United
Clubs" and their members, coordinate benefits and charity
events through networking and to foster healthy motorcycle
communities in the Great State of Texas.
"We
are born free and united as Brothers, each as much a great
lord as the other. I am the master of my body; I dispose of
myself and do as I wish. I am the first and the last of my
Nation subject only to the Great Spirit."
